CAKE & CUPCAKE DEMONSTRATION
Join Sanzaf and Mariam Fakir on the 28th of September at the Nana Memorial Hall for a cake and cupcake demonstration.
The following will be covered-
*Cupcake Styling: Fondant decor (using moulds and cutters), piping (swirls, with some twists;) ) and packaging.
*Sugarveil (edible lace) for cakes and cupcakes
*Airbrushing
*Styling and presenting a 2 tier celebration cake.
Time: 14:00 till 15:30 (90 minutes)
Cost: ONLY R50 per person
There will be a projection image, so you will have a clear view of everything demonstrated. Each attendee will receive flop proof recipes along with some handy hints and tips. There will be THREE giveaways during the demonstration.
