السلام عليكم و رحمةالله و بركاته
I hope everyone is well and enjoying this first week of spring so far.
To those with allergies, I have been recently diagnosed with having rather mild sinus/hay fever and so been recommended to use Flomist, a product by Cipla. Seems to work ok, but do you have a recommendation of a product you use for sinus?
Anyway, so the spring rains finally decided to pay us a visit tonight, and as I sit here listening and watching this beautiful gift from the heavens, I’m actually excited about seeing the flowers bloom.
Spring is a time for planting and the beginning of weekends filled with fun.
Hello picnics, frisbee throwing and walks in the parks, kiddies bicycling, throwing water balloons around and braai’ing (South African word for BBQ).
It’s a time for rejuvenation and for me, it’s the energy everyone has, that’s so vibrant and makes one thankful for being blessed with another day to spend with loved ones.
This year, spring is doubly special because we will be having Eidul Adha on the 24th of September, Insha Allah.
I, for one, am looking forward to it. There’s an atmosphere at the KMSZ that really can’t be found elsewhere for me, especially because my family will be there.
We prepare the sheep, goats and bulls. We prepare for the people coming to see the sacrifices that they will make because it is fulfilling a commandment from Allah (SWT).
With all of that said… Or rather written… Spring is definitely in the air and I hope you all have a fabulous weekend!
وعليكم السلام ورحمةالله و بركاته
